Abhinav is the founder of HealthQik. He founded the company in 2016 and is its Chairman and CEO. He is responsible for the overall vision and direction of HealthQik while maintaining an active role in building HealthQik’s revolutionary products. HealthQik platform connects doctors, pharmacies, labs, imaging centers and patients to solve healthcare’s biggest challenges. Under Abhinav's leadership, the company raised USD 250,000 in capital from Mr. Virendra Sharma, Group CEO PT Mitra Adiperkasa Tbk (Indonesia) to fuel its rapid growth. He’s put HealthQik on a mission to help improve human health and longevity. Abhinav oversees strategic business initiatives from development through successful execution at HealthQik. Leveraging his extensive experience which spans Engineering, Consulting & Strategy, Abhinav provides a unique viewpoint in identifying high-impact operational and strategic initiatives to drive tangible value to the company, clients and investors. Prior to launching HealthQik, Abhinav has worked with healthcare giants like Kaiser Permanente, Boston Scientific, Stryker and Genentech. Among the various projects he led, Abhinav designed and built a web and mobile app based healthcare information system & EMR software for one of the biggest EHR platforms in the US. In the past, Abhinav has consulted with clients at various stages in their growth trajectory to achieve their objectives in a process-oriented and operationally efficient manner. Abhinav holds an MS in Information Technology & Management from Illinois Tech, Chicago and a B.Tech in Computer Science from RU. Abhinav considers himself to be a lifelong learner. When he isn’t disrupting healthcare, Abhinav enjoys cooking & travelling as much as he can. He loves catching up with his friends & family.
Manish is one of the co-founders of HealthQik and serves as the company’s Chief Technology Officer. As a member of the founding team, Manish leads the creation and implementation of HealthQik’s innovative technology and solutions, including architecting of HealthQik’s technology platform, the first HealthQik web-based UI, and the first iteration of its platform services and APIs. Manish believes that great products are created through a keen customer focus, ground-breaking ideas, precise engineering, and efficient execution. Whether leading a large, global organization or a small pocket of talented technologists, Manish strives to engage and empower the people around him and believes that inspiration and a healthy dose of constructive dissatisfaction are keys to successful products and technology innovation. Prior to HealthQik, Manish has entrepreneurial experience running IT solution companies and various tech startups in the field of logistics, AR/VR, IoT and Real Estate. He led development and brought to market many products and defined product development lifecycle enabling faster time to market and dramatic development cost reductions. Manish continues to lead the company’s technology team, ensuring the architecture remains scalable and reliable while pursuing new directions to build fast, secure, and resilient health technology services.
Ishita is one of the co-founders of HealthQik and serves as the company’s Chief Operating Officer. As a member of the founding team, Ishita is focused on advancing HealthQik’s product strategy in support of the company’s vision & mission. Ishita brings extensive experience in developing and leading product management teams, defining strategic product vision and roadmap, achieving business objectives through product execution, and developing a customer-focused culture. She is passionate about solving problems in the healthcare space and driving disruption through technology to improve the quality of care and drive down costs. Ishita graduated from the prestigious Lady Shri Ram College for Women (LSR), Delhi University and pursued her Masters from the London School of Economics & Political Science (LSE) post which she worked with McKinsey & Company, India. After moving to the US, Ishita has worked with prominent healthcare companies like Varian Medical Systems, Kaiser Permanente, Roche, Bayers, Crescendo Bioscience (acquired by Myriad Genetics) helping them with product strategies to ensure better doctor patient engagement, creating applications for clinical trials. Without a doubt, she would say her toughest course with the most impactful lessons is not Quantum Physics nor Discrete-Time Signal Processing but rather motherhood. She enjoys her time with her husband and two boys.
