  • A User may have limited access to the Website and utilize some of the Services provided by HealthQik without creating an account on the Website or mobile application. Unregistered Users can access some of the information and details available on the Website or mobile application. In order to have access to all the features and benefits on our Website, a User may be required to first create an account on our Website or mobile application. As part of the registration process, HealthQik may collect the following categories of personal information from the Users (hereinafter collectively referred to as “User Information”):

  8. Password chosen by the User

  • In order to avail the Services, the Users may be required to upload copies of their prescriptions, on the application and/ or e-mail the same to HealthQik in accordance with the Terms of Use and the prescriptions will be stored/ disclosed by HealthQik only in the manner specified in this Privacy Policy and the Terms of Use. The term User Information shall also include any such prescriptions uploaded or otherwise provided by Users.

  • HealthQik may keep records of telephone calls received and made for making inquiries, orders, or other purposes for the purpose of administration of Services.


We may exchange, transfer, share, part with all or any of your Information, across borders and from your country to any other countries across the world with our affiliates / agents / third party service providers / partners / banks and financial institutions for the purposes specified under this Privacy Policy or as may be required by applicable law or in case of sale, acquisition, merger or bankruptcy involving HealthQik. Further, you acknowledge that some countries where we may transfer your Information may not have data protection laws which are as stringent as the laws of your own country. You can stop all collection of information by the Application easily by uninstalling the Application. You may use the standard uninstall processes as may be available as part of your mobile device or via the mobile application marketplace or network. You can also request to opt-out via email, at
